Crazy Socks on the Run

If you live anywhere up North you've witnessed this fashion statement. When most styles hide out for the winter months, the Crazy Socks come out to express their attitude. Soon this style will be on 5th Avenue and Project Runway, so everyone, BE ON THE CUTTING EDGE! Post your favorite Crazy Socks photos and comments!

Warning: Sometimes Crazy Socks are irresistable to others in the room.
Warning #2: Crazy Socks may increase ease of tripping
Warning #3: If your feet are cold, Crazy Socks are only a temporary solution
Warning #4: Wife may encourage a Crazy Socks hardwood floor sweeping
Warning #5: There are probably too many warnings to safely wear Crazy Socks

Mo Money

Have you ever wondered if this whole mutual fund thing is a sham? Between all these service fees and commissions, I wonder if 15 years from now we'll just find out we were funding all their new Beemer's and Lexus's I see in the parking lot of my fund's headquarters.

Nauseous of losing money, I'm trying to make my own sort of diversified mutual fund through Ameritrade. Don't know if it will work, but purchasing stocks in companies I already do business with seems to make some sense - don't know if it will make cents. Huah Huah Huah

Anyone else who has time for this blog use Ameritrade?

We're in the money!

I've been doing a bunch of motivational things for my students recently. We started this year off with a sweet T-shirt design. Our "Viva La Band" has become quite a motto for the year. Today I've been working on the moola we use to reward those that do something.....not stupid (quite a feat for some). I showed them the ten and I now have a $5 that is just rockin! --much better than the singles that I used up to this point. You know -- inflation! Sometimes I feel like Alan Greenspan when controlling the amount of money in circulation. Ever so often we have candy auctions where I can get my money back. It's pretty funny when the middle schoolers go mad for a fake piece of money.

New Year - New Blog

I'm not sure if I understand this whole blogging phenomenon. Telling my story seems so mundane, but if other Schmucks can have a blog, then maybe I should be part of the silliness.

So here we go: The holiday break was all about family and friends - which I believe most agree it should. But have you ever felt you socialize too much? at the sacrifice of getting your stuff done. geez I played poker with my cousins for 5 hours yesterday.

Insane in the membrane -- Insane in the brain.

(That's why I'm now wearing an orange hat - just to keep the insanity sane... uhhh...)

Ok, let's start this 2006 year right -- with a new blogging spirit of silliness, because 'who has time for this blog'!
